Employment & Labour Specialist

José has been part of HCS since 2009 and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in employment, labour and human resources matters.

​

He specialises in supporting businesses with the practicalities of employing and managing people in Spain, including payroll preparation, employment contracts, employee registrations and deregistrations with the Spanish Social Security system (TGSS), human resources, workplace disputes, recruitment and employment advice.

​

José believes that strong working relationships are fundamental to the smooth running of any business. His approach is therefore highly personal and thorough: he takes the time to understand each client's individual circumstances, including the smaller details that can often make a significant difference.

For José, good support is about more than resolving an immediate employment or payroll issue. He wants clients to feel confident that everything is being taken care of and that they have someone they can turn to when questions or challenges arise.
