Ruby Quelcutti

Client Administration Support

Ruby has more than 12 years of administrative experience and has been part of the HCS team for over three years. As part of the Advisory team, she supports clients with a wide range of administrative and business matters throughout their journey in Spain.

Her role includes coordinating company formations, registrations and deregistrations, liaising with government departments, supporting tax and payroll processes and arranging notarial appointments. She also works closely with HCS’s tax, payroll and legal teams to help keep client matters progressing smoothly.

Ruby particularly enjoys helping clients navigate processes that can initially feel complicated or unfamiliar. Whether someone is starting a business, dealing with the authorities or trying to understand their obligations, her aim is to provide clear communication, practical solutions and make the experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Beyond HCS

Born and raised in London with family roots in Cádiz, Ruby moved to Spain in 2004 and attended a local Spanish school. She is a native English speaker and fluent in both Spanish and Valenciano — something that enables her to communicate confidently with HCS’s international clients and the local authorities. Outside work, she enjoys family time, cooking, travelling and the outdoors.
